Hard to speed up google. If it were only that easy.

Google is not forced to show your selected description.
They can choose what they think it is, even if you
    changed.

Eventually, your website will get crawled more often.

Your keyword probably does not have anywhere near
the searches that you think it does.

You need to be more optimized for keyword phrases and
    longer search terms.

Being #5 or even #1 for that matter, is no guarantee of any
traffic if there are none such searchers.

I should also add that people search for things and google
has to come up with possibilities. Sometimes they don't
    get what a searcher wants.

This may be your case. People are doing a search for x,
and actually want x+y. Your site being only x gets no
clicks. The trick is to optimize for x+y+z.

I like to play around with this by doing a search on google
and seeing what suggestions google comes up with.

Many people get snookered into being shown a site ranks #5
for X and think it will lead to riches.

Well that's not exactly no traffic. 25 clicks a day from google would be
pretty dang good if they were laser targeted. But probably in your case
they are not. Think outside the keyword box. Add some more content.
More keyword mixes. What are you trying for, adsense? You need your
content to be a mix of a tease and value.

You also should think out of the google box and start attracting traffic
          using other means.

Yes, it could be your description. But I would not over dwell on that.
You could even leave the meta blank if you wish. Have you tried
the content analysis from google webmaster tools?

You want your visitors being somewhat satisfied. They found some
good information, but feel the need to click on an ad. Or, get
them to explore more of your site.

An enjoyable visitor experience. If someone surfs in, does not find
it appealing, they will surf away. No click for you. The more content
pages you add, the better. There is somewhat of an art to padding your
content, so the reader enjoys it, but needs more.

Still, you have got to concentrate on other traffic sources besides
google. I see you have no sig. Why? Start a blog or something that
funnels traffic and post it! Some of your more targeted visitors will
              come outside of google.

Definitely listen to Paul on this one. He knows what he's talking about, especially with traffic funnels. Take his advice about the signature and maybe use his sig as a reference.

It really is a very significant way to improve traffic and clicks to your site to focus on traffic funnels. Not only are they usually powerful backlinks, but they also send tons of targeted traffic.

Can't go wrong. As for your problem. I would say that it may very well be related to your title, but it could also just be an error on the Google Keyword tool.

Just because webmaster tools is showing lots of impressions doesn't mean that you should be getting clicks. It will consider any search an impression because you are in position 5. If people are finding what they need from the first 4 positions, then don't expect much traffic. 25 per day is good from #5 spot.

Think about when you do searches. How many results do you check out? Me personally, I can ALWAYS find what I need from the first or second result. So you won't usually find me going further than that. 25 per day is a good sign. Get your site up higher, and I bet you'll see tons more traffic.

I have a site that is #6 on Google and doesn't get much traffic too, whether it's because the description just isn't enticing enough or whether the sites above me are too strong that people just don't get past those - who knows.
If you said your description isn't very good then that would be the first thing to change and see if it makes any difference, that is a fairly quick and easy change to make.

Even though a good site will get most if its traffic from the long tail, it doesn't hurt to eek out better performance by targeting some specific keyword phrases, and that's what the rest of this page is about. But as you read, bear in mind that the keywords you're targeting are not the be-all and end-all of how you expect visitors to find your site.

You can choose it yourself with the meta description tag. I input what I wanted my site's tagline on google and other SE's to be and they will pick this up and use it.

This is why the meta description tag is still very important. It can help influence whether people click your site.
