Can anyone recommend a good company that does this?
I'm trying to increase my rankings and I'd like to find a company that can handle the whole process for me, writing articles, submitting to high pr sites, etc.
I know alot of the SEO firms I've found don't seem too legit. I'd rather have 100 good submissions for $100 than 10,000 crappy ones for $5.

    The best place to look is either at WSOs or in the Warriors for Hire section. There are several providers that offer article writing and distribution. Just find the one that is right for what you have in mind.

      she is right it all depends on what your looking for, also to save money you might be able to do some tasks on your own and outsource what you consider boring.

      but you attitude that you only want quality is very good and will serve your bursiness well. ask for results from a seo company before purchasing and you will see the frauds from the real.
