What are the link building strategies for Social bookmarks and directories?

Hello Friends,
I am new to SEO Field. I have decided to do social bookmarking and Directory submission for my website. So I have collected social bookmarking and Directory sites. I chose keywords and categories for my site. But when I going to post I am having bellow doubts...
1. Which is the best method - Same Title or multiple titles?
2. Which is the best method - Same Descriptions or multiple Descriptions?
3. Which is the best method - Same User Name or multiple Descriptions?
Could you please clearly explain the reason for that. Please help me .

    I would recommend you focus on a just 1-2 titles, but use several different descriptions. If you have the time, make the descriptions all different as that helps to eliminate duplicate content. But for the titles focusing on a couple of phrases is good for ranking purposes. Keep in mind that some directory owners (especially quality directories) are going to edit your titles, and actually review your site.
