What's the best way to run a mobile IQ PPV offer?

Hey guys, I was wondering if someone can please help me here...I want to run a ppv offer for a "mobile iq test" If i were to bid on URL'S what would you recommend i go with? would i bid on game websites or ???
and if i were to bid on keywords would i bid on iq test, games, etc?
i have never ran a ppv offer and i am looking for some direction...any advice will be greatly appreciated! thanks Warriors

    I did this back on January 2010... I did not bid on keywords. I bid on the url of the advertiser itself. Made me some handsome figure within 2 weeks period! But let's see what others can show you here, I am not an expert still, so I will leave that for others to answer your question
