Hi, I am new. I recently was reading a thread where someone explained how to add in a code somewhere when you search google to find your site...now I cannot find this thread and I have looked and looked.

When I google for my site, it comes up at the very top. But I read here that this is probably just for me because I have been googling for it.

What is the code and where do I type it to google to find out really where my site comes up?

Please and thank you.

thanks for that, but it didn't give me what i am looking for...

what code do i put where when i search google for the name of my blog, to see how it would come up for anyone other than me? it comes up at the top for me, but i read something here-which i now cannot find- that said it will come up high for you if you have been googling it and you can input some little code -i dont know where- to exclude your custom results...

i hope someone will tell me! please and thank you

I think you missed the point of the video... But, you would use this Scroogle Scraper. Google it.

What are the exact words you have been typing into Google when you checked for your site previously? What words are you expecting others to use when they search for your site? What is the address of your site?

are you trying to find out what is your site ranked on google? If you are, try SEO rank checker. You can get it from seotools.com

No, I found out that my site is N/A not ranked. It is only a month old.
But I wanted to make sure if someone is looking for my blog it would come up. That scroogle thing had it come up first, too...so I guess it is not just for me and that my blog does come up first if you google its name. So, not the code, but I am assuming that correctly answered my question! Thanks.
