Wordpress - How to best use it

Hi

I've created a wordpress blog site mobileshelving.wordpress.com as am hoping to be able to actively write meaningful blogs relating to mobile shelving which is the main product my company sells.

What is the best method for this? Will this help with the SEO of my websites?

How many articles do I need to upload a week? Should each article contain links the main website and micro-websites I have?

Please help!

    If you are planning to be active through Blogging, I suggest you go for self hosted wordpress blog. Wordpress.com is very strict and I have seen many suspended blog. At any time your blog may get deleted or suspended. It is always better to keep control with us. For self hosted blog you need to install wordpress in your host and this is provided by Wordpress.Org

      Ok, that's good to know so what external name would be best?

      Would it be a subdomain of one of my current domains I'm using:

      onorin.co.uk
      mobile-shelving.com

      So create a sub domain for example called mobileshelvingnews.onorin.co.uk ???

      Sorry if I've missed understood I'm knew to this Wordpress/Backlinking thing!

      blogs.onorin.co.uk for example and implementing wordpress?
