Google Page 1 Visibility

Hi, I've been reading the forum posts for a few weeks now, I'm impressed and I've just joined. Also, I need help.

I have a UK website that deals with arthritis. (I'm a long term sufferer, so I know a lot about it). One or other of my pages appears on Page 1 of Google for the following terms: Arthritis Pain; Arthritis Pain Relief; Arthritis Treatment.

The Google Keyword Tool shows many monthly searches for these terms (both global and local to the UK) but my web stats show only minimal searches and nothing for these particular terms.

What am I doing wrong?

    Are you at the top of page 1 or somewhere else such as 10th?

    Congratulations on your sites reaching page 1 but depending if your site is above the fold or not (Google results without scrolling down) this does make a difference in maybe the amount of traffic you're getting.

        Good to hear you are on the first page of Google. As you say you have suffered from arthritis for some time, you sound like an expert on the subject. Keep writing with your and passion and personal knowledge, and as you add more quality content and build good backlinks, you will rise further up the SE ranks.
