Gogglebot Hurry Up!

Hi

I've made loads of changes to my main website and micro-websites and done a few blogs/posts etc on Wordpress, Facebook, Twitter, Folkd etc etc but Google hasn't touched a page since the 9th July.

Not that long ago I guess but I really need it checking on a more regular basis, can this be achieved?

    In my experience, continous content changes/updates will get the bot to visit your home on the web more often. I would think you should just carry on updating and pushing fresh content.

    Better ping your website or if you have a twitter account with atleast 400 followers mention your website and link to it.I am working on a php file to solve the indexing problem.

    Will upload it here once i am done with it.

      400 Followers!!!

      I've got about 2!!!

      Shelving and Storage don't seem to get people to excited or interested, certainly not enough to get 400 followers!

      Any ideas???

        Lots of RSS submissions and then more updates.

        I have one specific site I tested RSS submissions with recently - submitted all over the place. It is hardly an authority site (PR 1) but now my articles rank (sometimes low, sometimes high - obviously backlinking is required) before I even have time to get to the rank checker for the keyword on the article I just submitted.

        Works on about 90-95% of the posts I make, am now spreading this to my new sites as I build. Currently putting together a list of good RSS places (or looking for a good tool - if anyone has any suggestions?)

          Please can someone take me under their wing and help me out in detail as I seem to either be missing something or just don't realise how complicated all this actually is!

          Current Status

          I have a host of domain names (see below) one is obviously the main website and then there are a selection of micro-websites that are product specific.

          onorin.co.uk - main website
          mobile-shelving.com
          mezzaninefloors.org.uk
          coveredwalkways.org.uk
          meshpartitioning.org.uk
          triumphstorage.co.uk
          actiuofficefurniture.co.uk
          llloydgeorgeboxes.co.uk

          I have created social networking pages on Facebook & Twitter, both using onorinstorage as the page/group name.

          From day one I signed us up to the usual free web directories like freeindex, hotfrog etc.

          I have now added us to Alexa and selection of other indexing websites I've seen listed. From reading on here and other sites I've also added us to folkd,com and done a few links.

          My final update was creating mobileshelving.wordpress.com although have now been informed that wasn't the best thing and I should be hosting it myself (still need information on how I best do that???). As it stands this wordpress page hasn't been indexed so I've obviously missed something!

          Conclusion

          Basically I need help! Is their anyone who is willing to take me under their wing and help me learn quickly what I need to be doing?

          Also with so many well ranked websites between you all, will any of you help me and put a link/blog with links on your website to mine?

          As for what we are currently working on, well simply articles and more articles! We intend to upload these to facebook, folkd, wordpress and ezinearticles. However before we upload them I'd like to know we are doing it the best way???

          I know I'm asking a lot but your help would be so appreciated, all I want to do is learn the basics so then my knowledge can grow and I can then help others!
