I've heard talk of a plugin for Firefox that can tag a forum if it only gives "no follow" links.

Does anyone know if this is true?

yup, once you download it you right click, click on the icon that says "nofollow" and then. Dofollow links are blue, Nofollow are pink. So you can see if something is dofollow or nofollow by looking at the links on the page.

I don't remember how I got it. But google it you'll find something.

Go to your firefox and search for the plugin using "nodofollow" keyword, been using it for quite sometime. It's efficient!
