a little rss help please

Hi,
I am very close to finishing my website, and i would like to put an RSS feed out from my site as well as every aggregator i can find out there.

I have seen websites where you can sign up for the RSS feed of that website.
How do i go about doing that?

also i would like to include forums on a few pages, what would be the best way to go about doing that?
i was told disqus is good, i looked it over and it seems ok, but i want some more opinions.

I am using dreamweaver cs5, but i am extremely noobish.
my site is in my sig, take a look if you want. Give me any advice you think will help.
I will be tweeking it until friday. i am not looking for perfection but i do want a quality site.

      hey man good to hear from you again.
      i must not have asked mu question very clear. I want a way for people to sign up for my rss feed when they are on my website. I have seen sites that let you do this. in fact Warrior Forum has something like what i want in the top right corner where it asks for your email address.
      don't get me wrong i love addthis, i will use it and disqus too. Both look awesome.

    I'm guessing you want something similar to what you see at the top right of Best Open Source Resources for Web Developers | WebAppers. That one seems to come through www.feedburner.com, a google service.

    feedburner from Google is easy to install in site and also provide variety of options for displaying the rss feed in site
