Need to Hire Link Builder, Article Writer

I am very much in need of hiring some help. I've been looking and looking and I don't see anywhere this is supposed to be specifically posted? All I see is offering services, not buying. So if this should be elsewhere, please let me know or move it

First - I need someone who can do niche blog commenting for me. I can provide most of the URL's, but I'd prefer if you're able to find them on your own, too. Page rank isn't a major concern. Niche is most important, dofollow is second, then PR is last.

Comments need to well-written and done manually. About a 2-3 sentence intelligent comment that relates to the post you're commenting on.

Secondly - I need a good, reliable writer to work with me on a daily basis. I've probably tried 10 different people in as many days and either they're very slow to respond, the writing isn't up to par, their mom died, their frog spilled tea on their PC, well yeah... you get the point. I've tried people from here, from other forums, as well as ODesk.
