Need Some Help Blogging

Looking at your page, I would guess you bounce rate is quite high, so even if you worked hard to produce the traffic, I am not convinced you placed enough emphasis on the user. Let me just list a few things I see that are glaring:
1. You've got at least 10 external links on a pagerank 0 site. Your chances of seeing pagerank increase or traffic to internal pages increase are probably quite low.
2. From the homepage, there is nothing that really sticks out leading me to take further action, severely increasing your bounce rate.
3. There are no images to give personality to the site or articles.
4. The font is quite small, and there is little use of headings inside the articles, so someone just quickly scanning to see if they want to delve deeper will likely not see anything.

Why should I love your site?

I'm not sure the answer is apparent right now.

I think you could change that, and I'm not trying to be harsh, but you need to spend way more time on the user experience, and I think you will find your SEO plan lines us with that easier as well.

First thing I would do is change my linking structure.
Currently an article is: undergroundleads.com/blog/?p=98
Better if it was : undergroundleads.com/blog/exclusive-debt-leads

Next I would look at getting an SEO plugin so you can have better meta titles and meta descriptions on each page and category.

I agree some images would help add some color, break up the text a bit, and liven the page.

In addition to changing structure of links, you can change the template of your blog too.
Many visitors think good blogs or websites should have another structure than yours to thin they are professional. Some free wordpress templates are good, search and install them. Also you should make backlinks for your blog according to your desired niche and i suggest you to write about one subject on your blog to seems it more professional and advanced.

Social bookmarking will also help as more people would come to know about your blog.
