I am 3rd from the top of page 2 in Google. I get around 8 visitors per day for that keyword. If I get onto page 1, say 3rd, what kind of visitors per day would I then get?

    That´s nearly impossible to answer. Are you sure that these 8 visitors are only from that keyword? One often ranks on a few additional keywords or gets visitors from some crazy search queries that are somehow related.

    However it´s a good sign if you get visitors from the 2. page. Could be a couple of hundred on the first place on page 1.
