Traffic need

Hi

I have real estate website
I have done all the things like link building, article submission, etc but then also i am not getting any good traffic the site is coming in top ten in Google for the chosen keywords but traffic no. Please help me what should i do to get the traffic and the leads from the website.

Also if anyone is interested for link exchange then let me know but only real estate website.

    What is the keyword that you are coming in the top 10? It does not matter if you are number 1 on google if the keyword only has 30 searches a month, you will not get much traffic.

    Ok first how did you do your keyword research? What keyword tool did you use? You may not be using keywords that "buyers" (people that are looking to use your product or service) are using when searching for real estate.

    After you figure out your keyword situation you will be in better shape. Then you should consider using PPC through Google and Facebook. Drive traffic to you site and Facebook pages using those. And if you are using social networks, make sure to interact with people often...not just promoting ur stuff on there.

      The traffic is depend upon the keyword selection. Only target thous keywords who have good search volume.
