Getting indexed in under 2 minutes?

I use WordPress for several AdSense niche sites. I haven't really paid attention recently to how long it takes my blog posts to be indexed by Google.

However, I noticed the other day that a new post on one of my sites was indexed within 2 minutes. I've also noticed this on a handful of other blogs of mine.

These blogs are close to a year old. I suppose this is the effect of Caffeine, which was supposed speed things like this up.

Anyone else seeing the same?

    Not sure if you mean you have a blog at wordpress organization or if you mean you have your own wordpress site. But if you have one at wordpress organization they probably have some kind of built in pinger. Once you publish a post some automatically ping googlebot to let it know you have new content. It comes running and adds it fast. This happens on google's blogspot/blogger for sure. You publish a new post at blogger/blogspot and within a couple of minutes it indexes your post.

    I think its maybe because of the keywords that you used. Also, your blog is older which is a plus too. From what I can notice with wordpress blogs, the articles get indexed faster and blogs get higher ranking faster. Maybe it's just me. I'm currently experimenting on new wordpress blogs too.

    You can't even hail a taxi in two minutes in some cities.. Google is faaast! They were getting to be pretty quick about indexing new content even before Caffeine.
