AdWords account being shut down

So here I am, completely new to Adwords, with an Adwords account a month old, and I get an Ad campaign up promoting my biz op squeeze page.

Then I get this email: "Final Warning: Your Google AdWords account has multiple violations"

Well it was my first warning. First and final I guess. Apparently it's because it's a "get rich quick" site (their words not mine, and a judgment they are unqualified to make).

Also, prohibited they say, are:

"* Data collection sites that imply delivery of free items, etc. in order to collect private information" (in other words a squeeze page?)

Any of you PPC experts know what's going on here? If I read their email right, I cannot advertise with Adwords:

a. A Squeeze page.
b. A biz-op site.

Is this right? Yet there are many of the big guys out there doing both of these without being shut down? Anyone shed any light on this?

Thanks guys,

JP

You are probably close on both parts, the squeeze page i do not want to touch because it is a can of worms, in that on it's own there is not enough information to work with, ? are there more pages does it have navigation and 101 other variables, the biz op, is close to probably what could be deemed make gazillions in one day, or in better terms any site that makes unrealistic claims on earning money.

Most of those types of pages / squeezes probably fall foul of the G law and order policy, you are very lucky you still have an account all as most people who peddle make gazillions are slammed hard.

stop running your campaigns and delete them and do not run any more in that area of make millions in a day or you will be slammed hard.

    * not judging what people are doing here just based on how the big G bats them up.
