How to market Adsense Sites

I've been browsing the forums for months and finally decided to join along. :rolleyes:
I was wondering the best way of going about this. I have many sites (just domains without content) that are all .com, .net or .org (most .com). They are all exact match keywords that get between 3k-10k local searches per month and would earn between $1 - $6 per click according to google keyword tool.
I am interested in marketing this but not sure what would be the best way. I was thinking about creating a site and listing the domains, CPC, searches and other stats. Should I sell them as a blank domain or with unique LSI keyword researched articles? Should I just have a set price (maybe $100 per site), or maybe charge a price depending on the searches, domain and CPC?
Any informative replies would be wonderful, I'm lost deciding what to do. Please do not PM me for purchases, I will not answer, I just want info on how to market them. Thanks!
