Google SERP's Question

We've all seen it, when the same website occupies the first few positions in the results page for a certain keyword.

Question is, is it possible to get my website in between these results or do i have to beat the TLD altogether?

Any help appreciated.

It's possible. In fact, sometimes the positions held by the same site for the same keyword are miles apart.

However, if you mean a "tabbed" result (where the second result is indented), then no, you can't get in between the first and the second.

    I hope this helps!
