How Many Ad Groups Can I create Per Campaign On The Content Network?????

I tried to upload around 4,000 ad groups and it didnt work. Is there a limit per campaign on how many I can add? (And yes I know thats alot of adgroups for just ONE campaign) =)

    How many ad groups and campaigns can I have? - AdWords Help

    The limits for an AdWords account are:

    25 campaigns
    2000 ad groups per campaign
    2000 keywords per ad group
    50 ads per ad group (any format)
    About 50,000 keywords per account

    Shelley is correct with all her numbers. I want to ad that there is a limit of 50 image ads per account. You can have 50 text ads per group.

    If you have 4000 groups, you'll have to split into at least two campaigns.
