Multiple Keywords ranking query...

Hi - I just understood where to check my keywords google ranking

having found that I see key word "Soft skill training" but i dont find my website coming uptill 20 pages. i searched one by one till 20th google search page

soft skill training
12<10-160Position in search results3rd page +12<10-Pages(index page)

For Keywords "Soft skills training" on the google webmasters/tools it shows me 12 impressions and less than 10 clicks and (Average) 160 position.

I did search for "Soft skills training" in google and looked in each page from 1st till 20 to find if my website is there... but did not find it.

Shouldnt my website be in one of the 20 pages if it ranks 160th position average???????
Please help me to understand this.....

I am not sure if my query makes sense to you all.. but I want to find out exact ranking of some keywords.
