When Google gives a backlink from one of the site to our site, then how many days google consider that link as a backlink? What factors are important in this case? What should we can do to intact backlink from that site?

    There is nothing you can do. Baclinks are never permanent as you are getting backlinks from other site they can delete your backlink anytime. However one thing you can do is keep building backlinks if one gets deleted you have bunch of others. Backlinks from web 2.0 sites and article directories stay for long as long as you keep updating your content.

    Google takes a while before it considers a backlink a backlink. You'll see a lot of people reccomending to use the yahoo backlink checker utility because Yahoo recognizes a backlink as a "backlink" much faster than Google does.

    Think about it. People would be able to spam authority sites like Wikipeida and then have the Google bot crawl it really fast if that were the case.

    IMO I think Google checks twice. They see the backlink and then return a couple of days later to see if the backlink is in place. That's why it takes a bit longer for Google to register it as a valid backlink.

    This is just a guestimate but a backlink in place for 5-10 days should register with Google.
