Adsense for Domains...then what

I have several domains registered on Google adsense domains. These domains generate a small amount of revenue daily automatically.

1) What are additional ways to monetize them? Instead of the using adsense for domains, should build out a site?

2) Any additional thoughts? I'm looking for what I can do to take these to next step.

    Better to build a site with a good content. Then you can monetise not only with adsense but others like click bank, cj, amazon etc.
