Yahoo/Market Samurai will do the trick but

The paid version of SEO Spyglass is actually the best for this.

    You're welcome.

Just go to Yahoo.com and type the following:
    1. link: DomainName.com
    2. linkdomain: DomainName.com
Number 2 will show you backlinks to your domain and inner pages.

A lot of link tools will piggy back off of Yahoo Site Explorer. There is many tools around though, BlueBackLinks.com, OSE, SEOElite does some cool back link stuff, and Market Samurai will sort by PR too. Of course, Google WMT's is better now for showing you the back links on your own site

SEO Spyglass or Seo Elite are great tools to do this. But, as they all just scrape yahoo not all of your backlinks will showup. They give a great indication though.
