Key words on a webpage, in articles, blogs, and other marketing outlets are what will help get you noticed on search engines. What some people don't know, however, is that search engines are rather picky about the content they find and display.

Quite generally, if there is an overpopulation of key words, a search engine will recognize it as a sort of sales pitch, giving it less relevance than something more educational.

If you have too many key words or have too high key word density, try writing more articles or blogs using less key words in each.

SEO writing is constantly evolutionizing and getting to the top page is mostly a case of trial and error. If your current content is not getting you there, you need to try a few other ways.

  • No it doesn't. Too many keywords just looks awkward and doesn't read well. It's not the number it's your ability to integrate them naturally.

Search Engines are nothing more than software algorithms.

Time to back up and rethink what you are saying.
