  1. Watch your ads, keywords, and clicks closely the first 24-72 hours. Many of the different keywords will convert different than others
  2. Some keywords you'll need to bid higher prices, others you can bid lower to get your ads the top of the first page.
  3. The most important thing to do is monitor your "Cost Per Lead" and make sure it's in the range that brings in the cash.
  4. Spend more money on URLs and keywords that convert higher.
  5. Delete the keywords and adgroups you run there just aren't as good quality and are not bringing in the same results. There will always be variations.
  6. Rule of thumb: 80% of your business will come from 20% of your keywords
  7. Test new ads. You should always be testing new ads against your control to find ones they get higher CTR, which lowers lead cost and brings in more traffic.
