Need Urgent Advice please

Hello dear warriors ,
I haven't enough experience in making a specific niche sites ..SO I deeply need an advice from you
So Can you please explain me How can I know weather a certain niche is a good or bad niche to start my new site ?
And what is the average range of searches per month is good and this things .

    Well it really depends. 1000 searches a month works if you can easily rank and clicks can fetch $5 a click. Whereas another niche with 175,000 searches a month that has high competition and clicks are worth next to nothing isn't worth it. You'll have to research keywords, competition, potential profitability and so on. There really is no "guarantee"

    1. Find a niche subject which you are comfortable writing or making contents for.
    2. Research on keywords relating to that subject (long-tail keywords is recommended).
    3 Choose the keywords with more than 1000 EXACT searches (Use Google Adwords Tool). Do a thorough search of the competitor sites which use your chosen keywords using the Google Search Engine.
    4. Buying reliable keyword search tools is recommended.
    5. Make and write contents based on the keyword selected.
    6. Drive traffic to your site with different traffic-generating strategies e.g. article marketing, PPC, forum posting, etc. etc..
    7. If you see positive results rinse and repeat.

    That's basically it. Of course, you just have to search the threads here. Loads of information to be had.

    minimum 3,000 words a month

    check google top ten for
    page rank
    google inbound links
    yahoo inbound links

    Nothing higher then PR4 in top 10
    At least half PR 0s and PR 1s in top 10
    No page part of a site higher than PR 4
    No more than 10 inbound google links
    No more than 1,000 inbound Yahoo links

    If all that looks, good, it a keyword you can probably ranks for.
