Is Google going to BAN the allintitle, allinurl, allinanchor... searches?

I LOVE GOOGLE but ... I'm shocked and I can't believe nor understand what google is doing now!

Are "allintitle, allinurl, allinanchor" operators banned?

The problem: Google seem to ban usage of it's search operators like allintitle, allinanchor ... Just a few simple searches with them and you get the "We're Sorry page ... your computer or network may be sending automated queries". Did google ran out of computing power? I know, I know ... it's a witch hunt.

Now just doing ONE search with allinanchor:"" gives me the sorry page "... but your computer or network may be sending automated queries." Regular searches work as they should.
Sorry doesn't do it! Since when multiple automated queries equals 5-6 manual search using google search operators provided by google itself? Are these operators now banned? They should say so.

No tools, no browser plugins, no automated queries, no spyware on my computer. Just using the advanced search operators in manual searches.

In chrome I get the Sorry Message with no captcha or options. Doing another search with no operators in a new tab will work right away though. In IE I got the sorry page with a captcha but after entering it redirected to a blank page. Again other searches with no operators works.

So how can I do a competition research now? Should I blindly go ahead and run campaigns and launch products? This is unacceptable. Yes, the regular internet user using Google for search is not affected (at least yet).

I wonder what google thinks it's achieving doing that?
This is mostly affecting their paying customers, the businesses that are trying their best to market their products and services on the internet. As it's directed to their employees and consultants, the webmasters, the SEM, SEO and internet marketers professionals.
Yes it is directed and there is no mistake!

This is a BIG mistake on google's side! they'd better realize that before too much damage would be done.
Ggoogle should not ignore that the people who constantly do the hard sale and promote the "internet advertising model" to businesses, are exactly these professionals (webmasters, IM, SEO, SEM). These are the people responsible for a big chunk of google's revenues and it's success (adwords). It's a shame to make it difficult or impossible for them to do their work!

Now fellow warriors, please this and let me know how is it going for you? Try a dozen different searches, multiple google operators together. Do a few searches with the same keyword. Try something like:

allinanchor:"raspberry pie" | allinanchor:"strawberry pie"

maybe add a few more operator to the search:
allintitle:"strawberry pie" allinanchor:"strawberry pie"

I your dare do a few searches quick one after the other.

I searched for these issue and on google forums and other forums there are plenty of people complaining of similar issues.

Did google get to the point it can't expand it's network power any more and started restricting the use of it's mainline product: "THE SEARCH TOOL"? I know it can't be the case.

Google is helping Bing get a higher market!

Google alienated many professionals, which in response started paying more attention to alternative advertising channels.

People that experimented this issues are saying that they ended up using Bing and Yahoo more. Just because it simply becomes impossible to use google. What google is doing now is more like strangling himself.

Please test and reply with your own experience. Maybe my ISP allocated me an IP that was "compromised". I doubt that and even if so, this would not be an acceptable explanation, this would not be OK. It would only prove that whatever google is doing now is not working well.

Anyway you turn it around whatever is going on now is a big BEWARE SIGNAL for IM, SEM, SEO and business people who goes beyond basic searches and use google operators.

"We're sorry page" ... Is google really sorry? Does Google realize the see of frustrations it raises by allowing their system to behave this weird?

Yahoo and Bing are joining their forces together. Bing did very well since it launched. Nothing last forever unfortunately ... not even the good attitude of google which made google what it is today.

I love Google and their innovative spirit. I almost jump off the chair when I discover new smart and so useful things they come up with. Hope that one day we'll see this witch hunt to an end.
