When No EDMs Are Available?

I've largely gotten out of the mini-site business, but today I stumbled on a keyword that is just too amazing to pass up (and the funny thing is, I wasn't even doing keyword research).

Anyway, the EMD isn't available, and I was wondering what the consensus is as to which is best. Should I go with:

1. www.redwidgets.biz? (EMD, wrong ending)
2. www.red-widgets.org? (a slash, no .com available)
3. www.eredwidgets.com? (maximize keyword density)
4. www.redwidgetssite.com? (put keywords first)
5. www.redwidgets0.com? (maximize keyword density, keywords first, gibberish)

Any suggestions from the SEO experts?

Always put the keyword phrase exactly as it is spelled at the beginning of the domain and then tack on a "Google Stop Word" on the end like "the" or "go". These are words that Google overlooks when people search, so it will be as if your domain is still an EMD. I do this with ALL my domains, works great. Just go to Google and search for "Google stop words" and you'll see plenty of lists of them. Doesn't matter if it's gibberish. So for yours I would probably do "redwidgetsgo.com" or "redwidgetsthe.com".
