Question: Alternative to Google Image Ads??

I put together a campaign that included Google Image Ads and now those ads are stuck in Pending Review. I've seen many posts indicating that the manual review necessary for Google Image Ads has them WAY behind and that these ads are likely to be stuck in "Pending Review" for several days.
Since I already have all the ads put together, are there other places I can post them? I saw someone saying that MSN was piloting image ads -- but that was last year and I haven't seen any mention of them offering as part of their regular service.
