Someone hacked my adsense account am I safe?

I came into work today and grabbed my cup of coffee and when I logged into my work computer I noticed that I recieved an email from gmail account....which was weird because I didn't send myself anything....when I click on the email it was a spam email to some viagra site and it was cc'd to all my contacts....I immeditaly attempted to try to log into my gmail account and found that it was deactivated along with all my sites.
Crap part is that my cell phone doesn't accept premium texts so Google can't send me a verification code to activiate my account.
I sent some type of report to Google but it takes 24 hours to get a response if they choose to repond.
So pretty much my adsense account is now hanging in the balance. Has this ever happened to anyone before? What did you do to regain your info?
PS.....if the hacker is reading this post my goober team are working to trace the IP address today so if you didn't use a proxy you WILL be hearing from me very soon.
