a good budget is one you can afford to spend, nothing more, however i would be very cautious about promoting clcikbank with adwords at this point, best of luck.

My monthly adword budjet is 0$ just because why should I pay for traffic when I can get that for free from SEO.

Any way, So if you have got 100$ then experiment with adword for full one month. So make your budjet 3.33$/day so that the fund will be available for one full month.

We have a range of clients that use different tactics depending on their industry. Because Google Adwords has a range of options available, I don't recommend taking it out of the equation completely. If you had a special available only for one month, or you were trying to drive some traffic quickly to one page, adwords is not a bad way to go, especially in a competitive industry like insurance.

As for your question, it depends on your industry etc. If you had just $100 to spend, I would set all the settings so it lasted as long as possible, on the minimum costs. I would also try to place the ads against very low competition keywords, to make the most of the money.

Usually $5 a day is very low, but if you are in a low competition industry, it is probably ok.
