I need this URGENT

Hello ,
Can you please tell me where can I get a plugin in wordpress to make a ( fly ) or a ( slide show) like the one in this blog
nunews.net
This one on the top left which automatically slides to show the thumbnails of the posts .
I know this is a theme and I know many themes have this option
But the ONLY theme I am in very need of , doesn't contain this option

This seems to be exactly what I want
But if you don't mind can you help me on that
I have downloaded it , activated it and then put the line :
<?php include (ABSPATH . '/wp-content/plugins/featured-content-gallery/gallery.php'); ?
with the editor of the wordpress in the Main Index Template (index.php)
But still there isn't any thing happen in the site , not even a new thing appears
I hope you can help with that
