SEO Issue with a Website, help Needed!

OK, so here is my problem. I have a website I just started analyzing and I have a problem with a certain page:

the page has a nav bar on the left with different languages that a person can choose to learn, when you click on the language flag a new page opens within the language page and the URL remains the same. I'm not sure, I think it's iframe. Either way it seems that the pages that open inside the main page can't be seen at all by spiders. So I was thinking to redo the page so it points to actual pages with their own URL. I know that will save me a lot of trouble and it's not big work, just want to confirm if those pages can be seen by Google or not. Any help or opinion will be great.

Found a solution, thanks for not replying

What was your solution? It'd be nice to know in case someone else experiences the same problems.

BTW, I was going to suggest sub domains for pages in another language. I actually did the English/Spanish thing on one of my sites some time back. And from an SEO perspective - it worked out well.

I don't like I frames. I would suggest your users use Google translate or something.

iFrames are not recommended. I have read one article over at SEOMOZ where they discussed such a case themselves.

We are interested in knowing your solutions as well.
