has anyone used SEOLace?

Hi

I found an SEO company called SEOlace and they claim that for $1000 a month they can get me in the top 5 google ranking for all my keywords. They also offer backlink packages from $20. I'm always sceptical about these things as I don't like paying out for something that's not going to help me out.

So I was just wondering if anyone has used them and can vouch for the quality of their work? Did you see any noticeable ranking improvements from the package you bought?
