I was asked by a friend about this question. I need opinions on it. The question goes thus:

Now, it is very certain that google disables accounts that she founds wanting. But what if such a person much had used one or two illegal techniques in the past to make money into his google adsense and up till when Google is to send his check, nothing happened to his account, THE REAL QUESTION IS: Within the period of the end of the month e.g. August 31st and September 10 when google is to send the check, can the account still be disabled? Even though it was not touched several weeks past and no warning email was sent to the owner.

Secondly, has anyone's account been disabled during the period of time when payment should be made? E.g. August earnings sent between August 31 and September 10.

Your candid opinions please...

Normally earnings are "finalized" by the 10th of the following month.

If they disabled or banned your account, it will be on a case by case
basis whether they feel you are due any amount you have in your
account. It really depends on what they find out or suspect.

They have every right to do as they please.

Your "friend" probably did get a warning email.

You admit fraud, then ask for money?

I would imagine before google sent any check that their "detectives"
have exhausted possibilities. That is, up until the 10th or so. They may
take longer if your account smells.

They may be generous and try and figure out what is legit and what is not.
Or, they may simply not pay anything.

According to our Terms and Conditions, publishers disabled for invalid click activity may not receive any further payment. The earnings on your account will be properly returned to the affected advertisers.

Please also note that we place stop payments on any outstanding checks for accounts that have been disabled for invalid click activity. We ask that you refrain from depositing any checks you may receive in the future, as your bank may charge fees for depositing a stopped check.
Note: Any click was was gotten by breaking the terms is still an invalid click.

You just have to wait and see. Don't hold your breath.
