.CO vs .Com/Org/Net TLD In SEO?

Hello,

I know the .CO TLD's we're open recently for registration and I know there are a ton of potential profits if the SEO standing would be similar to .COM/Net/Org. Anyone have any ideas if the .CO will hold similar weight comparatively?

    It should be but Its probably too early to know for sure... Best way is to try it out yourself and see if you rnak as quickly as EMD's of other TLD.

    I don't think anyone can give you a clear answer on that. I am sure that many are already testing this issue and we will probably hear about the results in the coming months.

    I do see a little problem with the price for the .co domains which is now at 29.99 a year. 3 times what you will pay for the other TLDs. But if it will have an SEO Advantage, it will be worth the price.

    You run some tests and let us know the results or simply wait for others to do it.

    Even I am looking for that answer.. me and my friend has registered many .co domains. If anyone finds it same like .com then please let us know.

    .com is better with rankings. But .net/.org are close behind it. If you work hard enough a .co will do the trick, but the search engines try to keep results local, and .co isn't.
