How can I to find my own high PR backlinks

I'm some newbie in this and I want know
how to find my own high PR backlinks

    You can use SEOquake or any of the similar plugins for firfox to check out what backlinks your competition or other sites are using. You can also check out any site using the yahoo site explorer. Other good places to start looking for backlinks are sites with good PR and related to your keywords. Though I'm sure depending on what you are trying to achieve people will tell you to go for sites that are "do follow" i.e they pass link juice though I wont get into a debate over that as I am not an SEO expert. You can also checkout hubpages or blog directories and the other various sites. This is just some basic info to start out with, I'm sure some of the other more knowledgeable warriors will have far better advice

    You can type in your keyword in the search engines like Google and add "forum" or "blog" with you keyword to find sites relevant to your keyword. You can download Link Extend to check the page rank of the site that you are on.

    How can this tool help you? Use your imagination. If you see that the site that your competitor's backlink is placed on allows dofollow comments (the tool shows this), go make a comment on that same site using your keyword as the anchor text.
