Someone Please Tell me what is wrong..or what i Can do better

Hi.
I'm hoping i have this posted in the right section.
I created a site on my niche back in July. My website is A quick home sale, Fast home sales, Sell your home fast
I looked at other examples people were using and incorporated the best bits from those websites as well as more (such as videos) into my site.
I've been running a steady adwords campaign now for over a month and doing various SEO stuff on my website. I'm getting about 50 people per day visiting the site. The adwords campaign is targetting long tail keywords and getting traffic but not converting.
I'm writing articles on the site almost 3 a week, I have recently installed SEOPressor on my wordpress blog to write SEO optimized content. I am posting on ezinearticles and starting some forum posts as well. But for whatever reason I am not converting. The traffic is not converting to leads.
I'm fairly new to this SEO game, so maybe i'm not doing something correctly. But can someone recommend the following:
a) what i should be doing to be more SEO friendly and in turn improve my SEO ranking
b) Why do u think my sight is not converting
I've had upto 250 visitors a day on the site at some stages.
Google analytics is displaying that i have a bounce rate of 75%, which seems rather high to me.
I personally think that i have a content rich, keyword rich site, which the search engines will like but obviously i'm new to this and therefore need some assistance with this aspect.
