just don't worry about making an update because you must not necessarily make the update yourself once you have access to your html of your site and make the changes then let the Google bots detect it automatically. so all you need to do is to re upload your site with the new title tags and that is all.

There is no immediate way to order search bots to crawl, index and rank your site. If you have the Google Webmaster Tools access you can adjust the crawl speed in that. But if you are curious to know when would you find the changes in Google you have made to your site, you will need to monitor Google's crawl rate of your site.

If your site doesn't get frequent visits from bots, then go to pingler.com and ping the site.

It won't make the search engines update your cached data, but it will announce that you made a change and bring the bots back to your site quicker.

However, changing your meta tags won't change your rankings without having other factors done correctly for your SEO.

Your content must be relevant to the keywords your looking to improve rankings for, and your back links must be relevant to those key words.

Yes, it is good to have your primary keyword in your description, but it's even more important to have a compelling description around that keyword in order to get the click from the search.

      Stay well

Bookmarking your site and pinging to bookmarks also help. I suggest you write an article and post it to a high pr article directory so that when the bots crawl the article they will crawl your site through your resource link.

Pinging google itself may help however this does not mean google will change the info for the searches. For just by optimizing your title and description tag will not force you up the list. You need to build links with the ancor text for the term you are trying to rank for. For I actually added another page to one of my sites the other day and google has yet to pick it up and rank it. Even though I have also built over 400 links to that page in the past 35 hours. It takes time. One thing you need to remember is that just because you make a change it could take up to a month for that change to take affect in the serps. Also when building links it could take up to 3 months for those links to even show up anywhere even if that page happens to be indexed that your links are on.

A prime example of this is do a google search for "hho generator affiliate tool" there is over 400 pages with this tool of mine on there and yet the page that is being promoted with this tool still only has 5 links too it and those five links are from mister wong and mixx and a few other book marking sites.

Google likes updates. If you keep updating your info, it will crawl you more, because there is more information for the bot to crawl.

    Hello everybody,
I'm new here and would like to ask that why Google just won't update my site's title, site description and site's content in search engine??
Now my site is rank within 17th -18th page when you type "rent a website" on google and search. I have learned some of SEO tactic for my site, and applied what i learned to my site. But, the google won't update my new changes. Why??

Your reply will be highly appreciated!

Google doesn't always come back to your site automatically. If you don't add new content, get new backlinks, or something to tell search engines there is a reason to come back, they won't.
Google, in particular, doesn't "guarantee" to use your site description tag. If the bot reviews your site and the meta description doesn't appear to be relevant, they will make a summary from your content.
Make your meta description accurate about what's on the page, and your more likely to have Google use it in the search engine results.
If Google isn't using your title, then it probably isn't relevant either. Or you have entered the tag incorrectly, or you are using duplicate tags on your site.
Regardless of any of this, whether Google uses your tags or not is not going to change your ranking. Your content has to be relevant, using the right keywords, and other factors apply -- particularly your link structure.

      Hope that helps
