Another victim of the google algorithm June update. One thing that is believed to have been done is cut your backlink juice that they gave in half thus de-valuing thousands upon thousands of back links. Activity has been bumped in the algorithm while backlinks were cut in half.

It really depends on a lot of factors and the simple answer is that your competitors are beating you because google sees there content as more relevant to those search queries. This could be due to some on-site issues like your title element, but more likely they have better and more diverse links than you do.

    1. How old is your site and when did you first get those rankings?

    2. What types of "SEO systems" are you doing?

My site is over 10 years old.
i been ranking first page for past 10 years. just recently I been loosing my spots.
I do blogging (Monthly), commenting (monthly), articles (every other month), resubmission (every 6 month), Social linking and ect..

I just don't get it I haven't change anything that i been doing before.
so i thought may be there is some changes that I am not aware of.

Or, your competitors are out working you. SEO - same work, just more of it.

It sounds like a case where your competitors are just doing a better job of SEO. They are probably getting better and more backlinks that relate to the keywords you are losing ground on. Sounds like you need to start producing higher level content then them that would inherently get more natural links as well as up your game on your linking strategies.

If I were you I would definitely look into your competitors links to see if you can gain some insight as to where/how they are obtaining their links. That could be helpful in helping refine your own link campaigns.

If you would like you can PM me some more details about your site like url, competitors url, keywords you are concerned about and I can take a look and give you some suggestions and more in depth analysis.

Based on your schedule above, I would increase the frequency of your activities. Obviously your competitors are putting more effort in their SEO to pass you.

Sorry for late reply and Thank you all for your feedback.
here are my result this week. increase ranking on 7 of my keywords. (not where they were before but moving up is good)
the rest i am still working on them.
    things that I did differently:
-I did a search on full analysis of the new sites that have replaced my site spot.
-I check their domains age and changes in past 2 years (content, links, ranking)
    -I check their back links
-check all their social media and networking activities
-I did a bumper to bumper analysis of my own site.
    - compared the differences between my site and the new sites that have replaced my spots for all the keywords
-then where ever saw a gap, a whole or shortage I added what ever it need it.

anyway, since last week afew of my keyword moved up couple pages up which is good.

    Thank you all once again.

    Kathy
