Ask.com advertising - is it worth your money?

Hi,
Is ask.com a good place for ppc advertising? Can you reach good quality traffic there? At least their customer support seems really slow.. I've still not received an answer for few simple new advertiser questions I emailed several days ago and start to get the feeling I wont. That alone does give a little negative sound to this and so I've been thinking of forgetting them before even testing them. I've tried to find some comments and reviews on ask.com advertising but I've only found old ones, like from 2006 and 07 and so on. Mostly they all were negative though... Would like to hear from any one who's had any recent experience with them that are they good. Or should I stick with yahoo etc, the ones that are trust worthy for sure? Or better yet, what search engines are good for placing ppc ads besides the biggest ones? Thanks in advance...!!
