Google is now strict with landing pages having popups. Is it okay to use peelaway ads in landing page?

Anyone tried Peelaway ads with Adwords?:confused:

    on the surface a peel away ad should be fine (but please get this confirmed), the pops g have the same rules but yes very quick these days to catch anything so any pop that stops a person from leaving a site is deemed a no go, in context pops are OK / so long as they not stop a person leaving the site through the back or X option and the peel away should fall into the same area.
