If I put my main site in one server with IP x.x.x.x and put all my small sites in another server IP x.x.b.b and give backlink from my small sites (more than 10 sites) to the main site. Will this help the main site ranking? Is it a problem is 90% of the backlink come from single IP?

Yes. Links should be natural to the SE. They should all be from different types of sites.

Sure, that's the problem with these $7.95 hosting accounts where you can add dozens of addon domains. If part of your strategies is to interlink your sites then your screwed because the search engines will ignore you. Class C IPs are outside a single location.

Not sure if you understand the situation or not. The main site and the small sites has different Class C IPs. They are in separate server.

Generally if they are on different Class C IP's and you also link to other websites other than your main site, you should be fine.

You'd have to ask your host if they could provide you with them (depending on your host, this might be a long shot - or very expensive).
Or you'd have to get more hosting accounts.
I have a host that offers 15 dedicated IPs.
Some are even different A classes.

Of course, you could always create lots of Web 2.0 properties (Weebly, Webs, WordPress.org, etc) to get plenty of different IPs to create backlinks on.
The nice part is they're free, and Google loves them!
However, there's a lot more to it in order to get ranked - but it's a nice start.

I don't know if I can post links to the host I use, so if interested PM me and I'll send you the link.
Otherwise, I suggest the free route

I use IX Web hosting. It's $7.95/mo. They say that the system picks IP's automatically, so you could end up with the same C-Class from the 15. But I haven't had a problem.

        The free route:
        Webs.com
        Weebly.com
        Wordpress.org
        Squidoo
        etc.

        The whole thing is meaningless.
Countless huge sites have multiple sites, all interlinked, same IP.
WF is on a class B server, by the way, with quite a few others.
Wikipedia and about 100 of its other wikis, are all on the same class
C server, all interlinked. Amazon is on class A, with 129 others, all
        interlinked.

icanhazcheezburger.com on the same class A server with over 100
        other sites, all interlinked.

You may want a variety of hosts depending on how much you trust
each one. You never know what may happen to them and how that would
        affect your sites.

I don't know how anyone ever came up with this helping rankings.
I assume it's the same people who claim site speed killed theirs.
