Adsense Publishing or Affiliate Marketing? Does Adsense still work?

Hey Guys,

So I have pretty much mastered link building now, and have gotten my company's websites ranking number one for many highly targeted keywords. Now I am thinking of creating my own websites finally, and start making some income. For those who are already making money online, and are adsense publishers, and affiliate marketers, do you think starting off in adsense publishing is a viable strategy, or would you start promoting affiliate products if you want to see immediate income?

As an SEO marketer, I understand it takes almost 3-4 months before I will see any large amounts of traffic pouring in, so I am just trying to figure out what would be a good strategy to begin with, adsense or promoting products from clickbank?

Any suggestions?

Entirely depends on you. I like adsense because I really dislike how when I do searches for certain terms I come up with plenty of affiliate websites. I do add a few affiliate links here and there but it's mainly adsense. I think both sources of income work well.

hmmmm, yes both... though i find clickbank WAAAAAY better than adsense as i use many channels to promote and not just relying on back links, no matter how high on authority. problem with adsense is unless you have the time to set up 100s of sites all set up with adsense hitting profitable niches only, there is not far from zero chance of making any real money.
