I tested two following tools for estimate my sites value.

Tool 1
and
Tool 2

Both of them are not accurate, but the first one consistently gets more close values of daily page views and daily ads revenue.
What about your sites?

Value is always subjective anyway. Are you talking about the value to you? Then it probably depends on net present value of cash flows. If you're talking about to the purchaser, then it depends on their NPV analysis as well as any goodwill variables.

The first one is not even close to real stats.
The second one was much better, but still not 100%.

I think these website value tools are more of a novelty and I always get a kick out of their results.

It might be worth playing with them for fun, but I do not take them very seriously. You should have an idea of your sites value by knowing how much it earns.

Website value is synonymous to shareholder value...or any other business valuation for that matter.

So in order to accurately ascertain website value...you need to incorporate EVERY single factor of your website.

        Traffic levels
        Overall revenue
        Overall costs (fixed/variable)
        Sales rate/profit
        Whether your site accepts advertising

There's a lot more...but this is just from the top of my head.
