Which of your sites was it, and how long did it take you to get there?

It was one on computers, and took just under a year to get there.

Did they make you wait until you hit $100 to get the payment or did Google let you receive a payment before the $100?

I have been gtting payments from Google for the past six months. This is just the first time I hit the mark with a single site.

$100 sure is a magic number. You can look at it as a goal being achieved, or a stepping stone to a bigger number. Accomplishments are only so if they provide the momentum you need to hit the next goal. I think you're on the right track here, just keep scaling and applying what you've learned to your other endeavors. All is good!

Good work! Tip - don't do any future scalable projection math based on your best site only; base it more on an average of all your sites. My experience with Adsense is that sites are either wildly successful or peanuts, with the latter being in the majority.

How did you do it?? Are you using different tactics. How do you know where the money is coming from? I've never figured out how to track adsense.

Thanks all. My top performing site is about ten months old. I have been working on Adsense sites for almost a year now with the inspiration I got from reading Xfactor's main thread. I have refined my technique a bit since reading info from Clickbump, but still use articles almost exclusively to gain rankings in the search engines. Following your own version of combining Xfactor and Clickbump's method is a great strategy for anyone just starting in Adsense. Good luck all. Glad to pass on a bit of inspiration.

nice site - CUSTOM SOURCE CODE is what is ranking him so highly, it is also unique content and very keyword focussed plus he is loading his keywords (around ten) in the source code of frontpage.

Keywords in title, h1, h2 and content are a sure first pwnage of that keyword, plus, if you look into his google analytics account (don't ask how), his website is ranking good for "coloured laptops". Nice niche.

Within DAYS, your website will be earning over $1,000 per month, just hurry, because you uncovered "buyer keywords" to the larger WF crowd, some will definately be copying you.

wf is ranked (alexa) 576 in the world, meaning EVERYONE WHO IS ANYONE has seen your niche, EVEN MEMBERS NOT REGISTERED ON THESE FORUMS - INFACT, MANY.

Please do not drop your website in your sig again, try and ask in depth questions without giving away your site/s and/or methods in future, cheers...

It took me around 2 years to get my first $100 from google, I worship that cheque to this day, hundreds after, but the first meant alot.

STICK WITH IT, IT TOOK YOU ONE MONTH TO CREATE $100 (LESS HOSTING), IT WILL TAKE YOU ONLY HALF A MONTH FROM NOW ON AS YOU KNOW THE SITES SHOULD SUCCEED.

HERE IS A BIT OF ADVICE THAT WILL MAKE YOU OVER $1,000,000 IF YOU STICK TO IT WITHIN TWO YEARS TIME...

1. whitelaptop dot org right. Make white laptop"main city".org - repeat the process for every single main city throughout english speaking world.

2. COPY YOUR CONTENT, EXACT 1:1 COPY, however edit the content to say "main city" alot throughout the articles.

(it should take you a few HOURS/DAYS to correctly come up with a template article/s that all only require a few words changes to geo-target each main city)

Make it like "bla bla bla, <<main city>>, bla bla bla <<state>>, bla bla bla <<country>> bla bla bla <<other geo-words1>>, bla bla bla, <<other goe-words2>> and so on"...

This way all you have to do is load the template in "open office org" (cos it's free, gotta luv free) and replace all "<<main city>> with the new domain/s main city...

If you do this correctly mehjohn, you will takeover the world slowly for "colored laptops" and especially pink laptops which (WOMEN - THE BUYERS) love.

After you have succesfully created big money (I am talking $1,000+ per week for a few of the websites, you will want to initially implement a shopping cart) - ONE WEBSITE, PAID FOR BY THE ADSENSE WEBSITES & actually start retailing world-wide "pink, etc laptops"...

then instead of a measly $100 per month (adsense), you may make several thousand dollars per month (computer, etc retail).

If you need to know what I am talking about, perhaps implement amazon for the ameri-CAN based websites and see how you are earning 3-5% per sale. Watch the $100 adsense fade into insignificance.

(I say try all this stuff initially, because google tends to "slap" affiliated websites, so you will want to know from day 1 if google will do so, prior to spamming 100+ websites in your niche which all get "slapped".

In actual fact, you should be regarding your computer website as your "test tube dummy" and testing the hell out of it, each test (affiliation, cpa, cpc, etc) should be conducted in a three month period (so only implement tests 4 times a year until you find which method makes your site the most money.

once you have done all of this time consuming and ANNOYING research, you know the best way to move ahead and I highly reccomend not to outsource this to anyone because outsources typically copy their job requests and end up becoming your competitors...

It is eight pages per state, world-wide (more so "per main city per state = highest clickthrough) - I think once you have that template I talked about above - it will only take you a few HOURS to finish each website.

Create an additional 8x websites. should cost you less than $10 per new website, under main hosting account or you are with wrong web-host (if you self-host, congratulations).

So your $100 per month website is now paying for 8 websites per month created, that is your target (8 websites created per month, all for free, thans to the first one).

Once your other websites automatically become popular (as you link to them from your first "new york site, california city site, bla bla bla).

This will add depth to your main site and "link juice and provide massively relevant backlink to all others.

You will eventually takeover the top 10 positions of search, however google will try and stop this by "glueing all websites together"... however this is okay, because one of your sites will always be ranking above the competition and other search engines infact, do not glue websites (as their technology sucks), so you will notice a massive influx of "ask.com, infoseek, etc etc" all giving you big impressions, all because you have created this "mejohn" web of "pink computers" lol.

INFACT: It has got to the stage where I am seeking one webmaster per state (english speaking) world-wide and so far I have most of usa, australia and (believe it or not) africa covered.

So basically, whenever someone like you thinks of a niche like this, If you where in our group, I will just "sick em" onto it and they all know they make a couple extra hundred per week (they donate me 10% for life lol).

It is fair because I put all of this together. So you see, I specialize in doing what I said above. so if you cannot monetize new "main city" sites in your niche/s, then please contact me and I will help you out (for a price) hehe.

p.s. (outsourcing is where the pros STEAL methods they know work - because the outsourcer would not be OUTSOURCING unless they knew it worked)

I highly recommend anyone new to webmastry to go and register elance, odesk, amazon mechanical turk, etc etc. It will teach you what professional webmasters are doing and there is nothing PHYSICALLY stopping you from simply copying their methods.

Ethically it is wrong, but if we are all gulliable enough to believe that this never occurs, then that is even "more wrong".
