    Without looking at your site I can tell you some examples of GOOD links:
    Chicago Forums, Chicago blogs, Chicago hotel sites, Chicago travel agents, Chicago real estate agents, and car rental companies.

    From there you can go through competitor links and then start article marketing, blog networks, and of course Adwords, Ad center, YSM!, Ask paid traffic.
