Honestly I am not ready to invest in some $500 PPC program to show me how to spend $100's to $1,000's in PPC. I do however want to start somewhere..

Is it possible to use a squeeze page in your PPC campaign? I have it hosted on my main blog which is indexed and generating a steady flow of traffic.

not a silly question at all buddy, if in doubt you can pre submit your site for advertising / adwords pre approval / and probably what i would do here / i would probably drop the in context lead collection box on startup / in your face type thing / maybe put that on a timer ?

i will find some info for you and drop it back here / 2 secs

grab the contact us link in the help section of adwords then send in a link the page / site and ask for a review to see if it safe to use with an adwords promotion and is not disabled for advertising.
