Easiest way to find out where I'm at in Google

I've just started using Angela's backlink packets and would like to measure how I am doing.

If I want to see where I am in Google, what's the easiest way?

If I type my website url in the search box, I can see it on the first page. How do I find my site for the keywords? Do I just have to look through endless pages to find it?

There's got to be an easier way.

I do have Market Samurai, wondering if this will help me.

If you have the paid version of MS than you can use the Rank Checker module. Simply enter the URLS and the keywords and you will be able to see your rankings.

You can also use rank tracker - Rank Tracker - Track Your Search Engine Rankings Easily!

Or simply install the SEO Toolbar for and the Rank Checker extension it has - Rank Checker - Track Google, Yahoo! Search, & Bing Rankings Free

An easier manual way to check is to change the Google Search settings to 100 results. Hit ctrl-f, type in your URL, and it will quickly scan the pages and highlight your result if it is there. This will give you a "ballpark" idea where you are, and you only have to go through 9 pages of SERPS instead of 90.

  I think you are looking for something similar to position checker tool. This tool lets you enter the keyword you want to see the rank for your website. You can also check your website rank in US, Canada and UK.

  Site Explorer - Yahoo! Site Explorer
  
  It shows all links to your site as well those that are on your site and updates multiple times a day.

  If you are using WordPress you could use a plug in that helps you look at search phrases that people are using to find your site. (sorry I can't remember the plugin...but I'm just remembering I wanted it!)
  The search terms actually have your ranking next to it too. (Probably works in some way off of AWStats...)

  I use Free Monitor for Google, its freeware, but I am not sure if its the best.
  
  It allows you to put in keyword lists for different urls you want to check on google. Works for me, but looking for something better and free if there is one.
