I don't have time to sit and manually post my links all over the place. It doesn't yield much. Is there a better way to promote pages that have Adsense on them?

Like traffic package sites that work out well for your Adsense promotion?

    well i don't think google will love it..anyway you can try different ways to increase traffic..i would suggest social bookmarking..but they convert rarely...

    Sending the type traffic you get from traffic packages to pages with AdSense is generally a very bad idea. Most of those services send traffic that is questionable at best and an outright scam at worst. Those types of traffic schemes are expressly prohibited by the TOS. There may be some good ones, but they are usually very expensive for targeted traffic.

    If you want to prosper as an AdSense publisher you must help your advertisers make money. You need to get targeted traffic that is likely to purchase from your advertisers or you may find that yourself banished from the AdSense program.

    If you don't have the time to promote your website then outsource it, or advertise to get the traffic going. If you create useful content and promote it you will get targeted traffic. Once your site is performing well in SERPs you will have a consistent stream of revenue to reinvest and expand.
